Job Description

Princess Polly is seeking a Pacific Fair Store Manager on the Gold Coast to lead our high-energy retail floor and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will coach a passionate team, shape stock flow and visual merchandising, and partner with HQ to bring campaigns to life on the shop floor.

You will be accountable for delivering KPIs, managing rostering and costs while maintaining brand cadence and customer obsession.
