Action Workforce are currently seeking experienced Pick Packers with RF scanning experience to join a large, well-known Distribution Centre based in Truganina, Western Suburbs.

We are seeking experienced, reliable candidates who are physically fit and comfortable handling large and bulky items weighing up to 25kg+, including items that may require a two-person lift.

You must be available to work Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work and overtime opportunities during busy peak periods.

Available Shifts

- AM Shift: 5:00am – 2:00pm
- PM Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
- Night Shift: 10:00pm – 5:00am

Monday to Friday, with overtime when required.

Successful applicants require

- Ability to lift and handle large and bulky items up to 25kg+ repeatedly
- Previous RF scanning and picking experience
- Pallet jack experience




- Good understanding of manual handling procedures
- Tugger experience (not essential)
- Full availability and reliability
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work to KPIs with strong time management skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse workplace
