Cleaning Operative – Townsville Shopping Centre

We are currently seeking Casual Cleaning Operatives to join our team at Townsville Shopping Centre. This role offers a variety of day and night shifts, providing high-quality cleaning services while delivering exceptional customer service in a busy retail environment.

Minimum Requirements

- Hold an unrestricted Driver's Licence
- Availability to work both day and night shifts
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
- Ability to pass Criminal

About You

- High level of personal presentation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Physically fit with the ability to be on your feet for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Previous experience operating a car park sweeper is highly regarded but not essential
