We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor (2IC) to support and act as second-in-command to our Housekeeping Manager. This is a hands-on leadership role, you will lead from the front, oversee shift operations, and take ownership of the facility presentation when the Manager is off-site.

The Role:

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will:

- Lead and supervise the housekeeping team during assigned shifts
- Act as the senior point of contact in the Manager’s absence
- Maintain impeccable standards across gym floors, recovery zones, spa areas, amenities, café spaces, and back-of-house
- Conduct quality control checks and uphold presentation benchmarks
- Support the Housekeeping Manager shift planning, task allocation, and workflow optimisation
- Support the Housekeeping Manager in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new housekeeping team members
- Monitor cleaning stock levels and equipment functionality
- Ensure compliance with WHS, hygiene, and facility standards
- Identify improvement opportunities and proactively escalate issues




- Work collaboratively with Operations, Spa, Fitness, and Hospitality teams

About You:

You are

- Experienced in commercial housekeeping, hospitality, or high-traffic facilities
- Confident in a supervisory or team leadership capacity
- Extremely detail-oriented, you notice what others miss
- Calm, decisive, and proactive under pressure
- Comfortable holding team members accountable to standards
- Physically capable of hands-on operational work
- Highly organised with strong time management
- Knowledgeable in WHS practices and secure chemical handling
