About the Role

We are currently seeking applications from people interested in Full Time cleaning Supervisor/ Team leader based at one of our high-profile contracts situated in the suburb of Sydney, New South Wales.

The Position:

- Permanent full-time Monday to Friday, with shifts ranging from 6:00am - 6:00pm.
- Oversee and train cleaning staff
- Schedule cleaning staff and assign tasks
- Ensure that all areas are cleaned to company standards
- Ensure that cleaning equipment is maintained and in good working condition
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment




- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Handle and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that cleaning standards are being met
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods

About You:

- Experience in cleaning operations; commercial or industrial
- Current Police Clearance no older than 6 months or willing to obtain
- WWCC - Working with Children Card
- Self-motivated, reliable and can demonstrate initiative on the job
- Professional presentation, good communication and customer service skills
- Own and maintain a smart phone (to access work apps)
