A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Full Time Client Advisor at our QVB Boutique. Tuesday - Saturday roster.

Working collaboratively with the Boutique Manager you will be an active contributor to the dynamic sales team by delivering superior customer service and sales, in addition to working proactively and collaboratively with the boutique and brand.

The Opportunity:

Support the Boutique in the achievement of Sales targets, engaging in Training, stock counts, clientelling and operational activities.

The Longchamp Team are passionate about the brand and are motivated to provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction and business excellence.

About You:





You are an experienced retailer, enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about fashion and retail. Additionally, you have:

- Strong communication skills face to face, over email and telephone
- Ability to engage with customers ensuring quality customer service and experience
- The ability to multi-task to support the Manager in the delivery of the store presentation, achievement of sales targets, and product knowledge
- An ability to demonstrate your success in meeting performance objectives (KPIs)
- The ability to work independently, using your initiative to problem solve
- Experience with using CRM and POS Systems
- All the attributes of a proactive, motivated, highly organised and results-driven individual.
