About the opportunity

We are seeking a confident, organised and genuinely personable Client Engagement Coordinator to join a growing residential building business based on the Central Coast NSW. Our client operates across the residential building sector, supporting customers through both traditional and modular home solutions. With a growing sales operation and increasing customer enquiry, they are looking to strengthen the front end of their customer journey.

You will engage with prospective customers at different stages of their decision-making journey, build rapport, understand their needs and maintain meaningful follow-up until they are ready to progress.

Some customers may be ready to speak with a Sales Consultant immediately, while others may require consistent nurturing over a number of weeks or months.

Your ability to communicate with warmth, listen carefully, qualify opportunities and maintain disciplined follow-up will be central to your success.

The role

- Respond to new customer enquiries across multiple lead sources.
- Make outbound follow-up calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Build rapport and understand each customer's needs, timing and level of readiness.
- Qualify prospective customers across areas including budget, land status, timeframe, requirements and readiness to proceed.
- Nurture longer-term prospects through structured and consistent follow-up.
- Reactivate existing and older opportunities within the customer database.
- Book qualified Discovery Meetings for the sales team.
- Communicate with customers across phone, email and SMS.
- Coordinate appointment confirmations, changes and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate customer information,



notes and activities within HubSpot CRM.
- Ensure qualified opportunities are handed over clearly and professionally to the sales team.

About you

You may come from appointment setting, internal sales, customer engagement, real estate, building, property, automotive, finance or another environment where relationship-building and disciplined follow-up are key. More importantly, you will bring the following qualities and capabilities:

- Communicates naturally and confidently over the phone.
- Has a warm, engaging and professional communication style.
- Enjoys building genuine relationships with customers.
- Is comfortable maintaining contact with customers over an extended sales cycle.
- Can recognise buying signals and understand when a customer is ready to progress.
- Is organised, persistent and disciplined with follow-up.
- Is comfortable working within a KPI-driven sales environment.
- Has strong CRM and administrative discipline.
- Takes ownership of customer communication and follow-through.
- Works well as part of a collaborative sales team.

Previous experience within residential building or property would be highly regarded but is not essential.
