- Outstanding Client Experience: Provide exceptional service as a key contact for clients, ensuring they receive the best outcomes.
- Client Service Expertise: Bring your experience in dealing with clients and their structures (accounts, trusts, SMSFs, and deceased estates) to support our clients effectively.
- Juggling Priorities: Coordinate multiple priorities and deadlines while pre-emptively identifying client needs and ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong connections with external providers and stakeholders.
- Data Integrity: Ensure high accuracy and compliance in client records.
