Are you an experienced Client Services Administrator looking to join a well-established mid-tier accounting firm in Perth’s CBD?

We are currently working with a highly regarded firm that is looking for a confident and experienced CSA to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a diverse role, working closely with clients, accountants and the wider team.

The Role

You will be responsible for providing high-level client and administrative support, including:

- Managing client engagements and engagement letters
- Liaising with the ATO, ASIC and other external stakeholders
- Managing client onboarding and offboarding
- Preparing and coordinating client correspondence and documentation
- Maintaining accurate client records and databases
- Assisting with ASIC and ATO requirements
- Supporting accountants and managers with general administration
- Providing a high level of client service and acting as a key point of contact




- Managing multiple deadlines and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently

About You We are looking for someone who:
- Has 3+ years' experience within Public Practice
- Has strong experience across client services and administration
- Is confident dealing with ATO and ASIC
- Has experience with client engagements/engagement letters
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
- Is confident using Microsoft Office and accounting practice systems
- Can work autonomously while also being a strong team player
- Takes pride in providing exceptional client service
