About the Role As our Client Services Specialist, you'll be the vital link between our clients, advisers and product providers, ensuring advice strategies are implemented accurately, efficiently and professionally.

You'll manage a diverse range of responsibilities, from onboarding new clients and coordinating advice implementation through to maintaining compliance standards and supporting process improvements.

What You'll Be Doing





- Delivering an outstanding client experience at every touchpoint
- Acting as a key contact for clients throughout their advice journey
- Managing client onboarding and account establishment processes
- Coordinating the implementation of financial advice recommendations
- Liaising with advisers, product providers and internal stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
- Ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory requirements
- Utilising Plutosoft and other systems to manage workflows and reporting
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency
- Contributing positively to our high-performance, client-first culture

What You'll Bring

Essential

- Previous experience in a client services, administration or support role within financial planning, wealth management or financial services
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proactive problem-solving capabilities and a solutions-focused approach
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding client outcomes

Highly Regarded

- 3+ years' experience within a financial planning practice
- Understanding of advice implementation processes
- Knowledge of financial products and investment platforms
- Experience using Plutosoft or similar financial planning software
