About This Role

We're seeking an experienced Client Services / Advice Administration skilled with a background in wealth management or financial planning. If you know your way around client onboarding, compliance documentation, and platform administration, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Bring

- Prior experience in a client services, advice administration, or paraplanning support role within financial planning or wealth management
- Familiarity with platforms such as [Xplan / Midwinter / HUB24 / Netwealth — adjust as relevant]
- Understanding of the advice process — from new client onboarding through to Statement of Advice (SOA) preparation and implementation
- Strong attention to detail, particularly around compliance and regulatory documentation
- Excellent client-facing communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced advice practice

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing client service requests and correspondence
- Preparing and processing new business, reviews, and advice implementation
- Liaising with platforms, insurers, and product providers on clients' behalf
- Maintaining accurate client records and compliance files
- Supporting financial advisers/planners with day-to-day administrative needs
