The opportunity

Loan Market Clayfield is a busy, growing mortgage broking business in Brisbane's inner north. Our clients are buying first homes, upgrading and investing, and our job is to make that feel easy. We're hiring a Client Services & Marketing Coordinator to own two things: an outstanding client experience, and a brand people see everywhere.

This is a genuine entry point into financial services and marketing. No experience in either is required. We hire on attitude and work ethic, then teach you the rest. The people who'll train you started in this exact seat and now run their own parts of the business.

What you'll actually do

Client service, the core of the role:

- Be the person our clients hear from between application and settlement
- Keep clients updated at every stage of their loan, so they never have to chase us
- Follow up lenders, prepare files, book appointments and keep our CRM spotless
- Sweat the small details that turn clients into raving fans

Marketing and content:
- Film organic content with our brokers and team: reels, behind the scenes, client stories
- Get on camera yourself when the content calls for it
- Plan and post across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Pitch your own content ideas and run with the good ones





Events and community:
- Run our local area marketing: brand activations, community events, sponsorships and client functions
- Be our day-to-day link with our Ray White partner offices, from co-hosted events to keeping the relationship warm
- Keep the office humming: systems, supplies and follow-through

What we're looking for

- Warm and engaging with clients, partners and anyone who walks in the door
- Comfortable on camera and confident presenting
- Organised enough to run client files, content and an event in the same week
- A reliable work ethic. This is a busy seat and we want someone who loves being busy
- Polished, professional presentation with clients and on video
- Keen to build a long-term career, because we promote from within
