We're creating a newly-created leadership role to lead our Blackburn and Malvern East clinics — for someone who genuinely enjoys developing people, strengthening teams, and delivering an outstanding experience for patients and practitioners alike.

About the roleWorking closely with our Practice Manager, you'll be the operational leader for Blackburn and Malvern East: building capable administration teams, supporting practitioners, and making sure every patient has an exceptional experience from first contact onward. Expect to spend your time coaching, solving problems, improving systems, and making confident day-to-day calls. No two days look the same.

Your three priorities

- Build the team — recruit, onboard, coach and mentor admin staff into confident, capable professionals
- Protect the experience — keep clinics running professionally and efficiently, and keep raising the bar on patient experience




- Lead the clinics — take ownership of day-to-day operations and drive continuous improvement across both sites

About you

Healthcare or allied health admin experience is a plus, but we're just as interested in strong leaders from other customer-focused industries whose values align with ours.
