About the Role We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Psychologist to join a values-driven organisation in a full-time, permanent leadership position.

This is a hybrid opportunity open to Psychologists based in Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne.

As Clinical Lead Psychologist, you will lead the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based psychological services, including assessment, formulation and intervention for clients presenting with complex needs.

You will also provide clinical supervision, mentoring and coaching to Psychologists, supporting clinicians to manage complex cases and develop their clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based psychological services
- Provide psychological assessment, formulation and intervention for complex presentations
- Provide clinical supervision, mentoring and coaching to Psychologists
- Support clinicians in managing complex cases
- Promote high standards of clinical practice and quality service delivery
- Contribute to the ongoing development of clinical capability across the team





About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Experience leading, supporting and supervising Psychologists
- Experience working within the NDIS
- Experience supporting clinicians to manage complex cases
- Strong clinical skills and professional judgement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to evidence-based practice and positive client outcomes

Essential Requirements

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology
- Current AHPRA registration as a General or Clinical Psychologist
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- AHPRA Psychology Board-approved supervisor status (Desirable)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (Desirable)
