Fantastic opportunity to join highly regarded non bank Lender as Credit Team Leader - Consumer Car Loans.

The purpose of the Credit Team Leader is to manage a team of Credit Analysts and oversee the day to day assessment of consumer car loan applications in an efficient and commercial manner.

n

Responsibilities include;-

n

n
- To successfully lead the team towards achieving goals
n
- Coaching and mentoring team and providing support
n
- Ensure loan applications are assessed in an efficient manner
n
- Assess applications that are outside the Credit Analysts delegated authority
n
- Act as first referral point for exceptions
n
- Monitor recent deal flow and assess new applications as and when required
n
- Regular one on one meetings with team
n




- Provide feedback and scenario support to brokers and sales team
n
- Compliance with all regulatory requirements
n
- Day to day operation within risk framework and ensure credit and operational best practice is enforced within the team
n

n

To be successful you will posses;-

n

n
- 5+ years experience in consumer credit
n
- 2+ years experience training and coaching credit team
n
- Knowledge in assessing credit reports, bank statements and other various supporting documentation
n
- Working knowledge of NCCP Act and AML/CTF Act
n
- Ability to effectively motivate team
n
- Excellent communication and time management skills
