$33.00 per hour + Penalty Rates + 12% Super

The Position:

- Prepare and cook meals in accordance with the menu
- Ensure the kitchen operates efficiently and in a clean and safe manner
- Manage food inventory and assist with ordering supplies
- Ensure quality and presentation of all dishes meet the standards
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards




- Collaborate with the team to manage meal preparation and service during peak times
- Work closely with management to develop menu ideas or special offerings

The Person:

- Chef's Trade Qualifications.
- Proven experience as a chef or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work well under pressure during busy times
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evening shifts, including weekends if necessary
- A positive, skilled attitude
