About the Role
Accelagen is expanding their project management function, and currently looking for an experienced Clinical Project Manager in Australia The Project Manager (PM) is the key client facing Accelagen representative. The PM is the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders relating to a clinical project.
The PM oversees specific project activities for the following team members Clinical Trial Lead, Senior Clinical Research Associates, Clinical Research Associates, Clinical Trial Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management and Execution from project planning, initiation, recruitment, maintenance and close out
- Support Business Development activities by contributing to the development of budget proposals for prospective clients / projects
- Support with Business Development pre-award activities
- Set up and management of project timelines and key project deliverables.
- Facilitate a risk assessment for the project in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate possible risk related events and routinely monitor study risk assessment and evaluation.
- Consult with and oversee progress of internal (cross-functional) stakeholders and activities within Accelagen scope from project start up, maintenance, close out to CSR delivery.

Qualifications & Experience
- Life Sciences, Pharmacy, RN qualified or other technical qualification.
- PM: 3 years of Clinical Operations experience, demonstrating strong
- understanding of clinical trial management.
- Senior PM: Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience or a clear
- demonstration of the successful deliverable of projects which includes adherence to project timelines and successful maintenance of budget deliverables.
- Excellent knowledge of ICH-GCP and SAE and regulatory reporting
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work and display leadership within a project team
