Based in Sydney, this role presents a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-performing team and make a meaningful difference every day by delivering exceptional clinical education, treatment expertise, and in-clinic support across an assigned territory

You will be required to:

- Deliver high-quality product and treatment training to new and existing accounts, ensuring safe, effective, and compliant protocol implementation.
- Support new account onboarding through structured education pathways that drive early treatment adoption and confidence.
- Maintain advanced product and ingredient knowledge to confidently position treatment solutions within a clinical framework.
- Partner with the Sales team to support account growth through clinical education and strategic in-clinic engagement.
- Conduct structured account reviews focused on education needs, treatment performance,



and growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and timely CRM records of all training activity, clinic engagement, and education stock usage.

You will have:

- 3–5+ years’ experience in clinical training, dermal therapy, aesthetics, skincare, or medical devices
- Formal qualification in dermal therapy, beauty therapy, nursing, or related health/science discipline or relevant experience
- Strong clinical credibility and technical expertise in dermal therapy or aesthetic treatments
- Ability to educate, influence, and inspire clinical confidence
- Commercial awareness with understanding of clinic business driversStrong communication and interpersonal capability with experience in delivering hands-on clinical training

In this role you will be required to travel regularly within the assigned territory, with occasional overnight stays due to training workshops and events.
