☁️ The Role

We are seeking a motivated Cloud Engineer to support cloud infrastructure, deployments, monitoring, security, and system optimization. This role provides an opportunity to work with up-to-date cloud platforms and contribute to reliable technology solutions.

? Key Responsibilities

- Assist with deploying and maintaining cloud infrastructure.
- Support cloud environments across AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Monitor cloud resources, system performance, and availability.
- Assist with troubleshooting cloud infrastructure and connectivity issues.
- Support virtual machines, storage, databases, networking, and cloud services.
- Assist with infrastructure automation and configuration management.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and application deployment processes.
- Monitor cloud security, access controls, and system configurations.
- Assist with backup, recovery, and disaster-recovery procedures.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation and technical records.
- Support cost monitoring and cloud-resource optimization.
- Collaborate with Developers, IT Support, Security, and DevOps teams.




- Investigate incidents and assist with root-cause analysis.
- Contribute to cloud migration and infrastructure improvement projects.

✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts and infrastructure.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of networking, Linux/Windows systems, databases, and virtualization.
- Familiarity with Git, Docker, CI/CD, or Infrastructure as Code is a plus.
- Understanding of cloud security and access-management principles.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn new cloud technologies quickly.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Skilled, proactive, and adaptable mindset.
- Australian work eligibility is required.
