Cluster Manager – GANT x MYER | Parramatta

Parramatta | MYER Parramatta & Cluster Portfolio Reporting to the NSW National Retail Operations Manager, you’ll be based at our Parramatta MYER concession while leading a portfolio of GANT concessions across Sydney.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail leader ready to broaden their impact. You’ll combine hands-on store leadership with the opportunity to coach managers, influence performance and build consistency across multiple locations.

The cluster is expected to include seven MYER concessions: Parramatta, Chatswood, Bondi Junction, Bankstown, Liverpool, Miranda and Castle Hill. The final portfolio and level of responsibility will be shaped around the successful candidate’s experience and capability, with further opportunities to grow as our NSW retail network evolves.

No two weeks will look quite the same. You could be coaching a manager through a commercial opportunity, reviewing visual merchandising and product placement, visiting stores to identify opportunities, supporting recruitment and onboarding, or helping prepare a new location for opening.

ABOUT THE ROLE – Cluster Manager

As Cluster Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day performance of our Parramatta MYER concession, while also overseeing the commercial performance, customer experience and operational standards across your broader cluster. For the right leader, this role offers the best of both worlds – staying connected to customers and your home store team while broadening your leadership impact across multiple locations.

Success in this role comes from building capable teams, creating consistency across locations and delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects GANT’s global standards while recognising the unique strengths of each store.

Travel between stores forms part of the role, with business kilometres reimbursed.

Key responsibilities include:

- Driving the commercial performance of your store portfolio through strong leadership and customer engagement.
- Building, coaching and developing capable, motivated store teams.
- Creating exceptional customer experiences that build loyalty and lasting relationships.
- Driving consistency across operations, compliance, visual merchandising and presentation standards.
- Supporting recruitment,



onboarding and team performance.
- Managing stock flow, replenishment, reporting and operational priorities across your locations.
- Building strong, collaborative relationships within the MYER environment.
- Identifying opportunities to grow sales, strengthen team capability and improve the customer experience.
