Key Responsibilities

- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machinery
- Read and interpret production drawings and cutting lists
- Load, edit, and optimise CNC programs
- Manufacture joinery components to precise specifications
- Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process
- Identify and resolve machining issues efficiently
- Collaborate with factory and production teams to meet project deadlines
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment

About You
- Previous experience as a CNC Machinist within commercial joinery, cabinetry, shopfitting, or architectural woodworking
- Experience operating Homag, Biesse, Weeke, SCM, Holzher,



or similar CNC machinery
- Strong understanding of joinery manufacturing processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable work ethic and robust team mentality
- Right to work in Australia
