As we continue to grow across Asia Pacific, we're looking for a commercially astute analyst to help identify market opportunities, inform strategic decision-making, and shape our future growth in the region.

About the Role

Reporting to the Managing Director, Asia, this is a highly visible role that combines commercial analysis, market intelligence, economic research and strategic planning.

You will be gathering and analysing data from government agencies, industry bodies and public sources to identify opportunities, assess risks and provide insights that influence business strategy across several countries in the APAC region.

Key responsibilities include

- Providing commercial analysis and insights to support executive decision-making, business performance and strategic planning.
- Analysing market trends, customer behaviour, pricing dynamics, competitor activity and emerging opportunities across APAC markets.
- Monitoring government policy, regulatory developments and economic factors impacting the refrigerants industry.
- Identifying and evaluating commercial opportunities, risks and investment initiatives through research, modelling and business case development.
- Delivering actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders based on internal and external data sources.
- Partnering with APAC department leaders while driving industry reporting, market intelligence and continuous improvement initiatives in this space.

About You You are a naturally curious,



commercially minded analyst who enjoys connecting market trends, policy developments and business performance to uncover opportunities.

To be successful in this role you will generally have the following:

- A degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Business or a related field.
- Experience in commercial analysis, strategy, business intelligence, commercial finance or market research.
- Strong analytical, financial modelling and business case development skills.
- The ability to interpret market trends, government policy developments and commercial data to support decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders through clear, evidence-based recommendations.
- A proactive and inquisitive approach, with a passion for piecing together insights to enable business performance.
- Sophisticated use of business analytics tools such as Power BI will be required.

Experience inindustrial gases, chemicals, refrigeration and HVAC-R, manufacturing, industrial distribution, or energy marketswill be particularly well suited to this role. However, we encourage applications from commercially minded analysts with transferable experience in adjacent industries.
