The role The Commercial Business Officer supports the delivery of Gippsland Water's major customer program through the accurate administration of billing, debt management, trade waste compliance, metering and customer relationship activities.

What you’ll bring

- Experience in business administration, customer billing or revenue management.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, consult and assist with the management of complex relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Commitment to delivering positive customer and stakeholder outcomes.




- High level attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and proactively on complex tasks.
- Proven ability to synthesise and validate detailed information from a range of systems
- Strong administrative, reporting, excel and record-management skills.
