Plumbing Team Required – Perth

Bugardi Construct is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Plumbing Team to join us on an exciting project in East Perth!

We are currently seeking

- 4-5 x Qualified Plumbers / Tradesmen
- 1 x Plumbing Supervisor

The Opportunity

Successful candidates will have:

- Relevant plumbing trade qualifications and experience
- Previous experience in commercial construction
- WA Plumbing Trade Licence
- Construction White Card
- Australian Citizenship or full Australian working rights
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A positive attitude and team-first approach
- Commitment to safe work practices

Required Tickets

The following tickets are preferable for this position:

- Excavator
- Skid Steer




- Elevated Work Platform (EWP) over 11 meters

For the Supervisor

The successful Plumbing Supervisor will also be expected to demonstrate:

- Previous supervisory experience in commercial construction
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to coordinate daily works and manage site requirements
- Strong communication with project management, trades and subcontractors
- Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards
