About the Role

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you'll oversee multiple commercial roofing projects while leading our site teams to deliver exceptional outcomes. You'll work closely with our Project Coordinator, Leading Hands and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 12 months,



you'll:
- Build and lead high-performing roofing crews.
- Deliver profitable projects safely and on schedule.
- Mentor Leading Hands and develop future leaders.
- Improve site productivity and quality standards.
- Strengthen relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Help refine systems and processes as Sentinel continues to grow.

What We're Looking For

You'll be a strong leader with proven experience supervising commercial roofing projects and managing site teams.

You'll also bring

- Strong commercial roofing experience
- Leadership and people management skills
- Excellent planning and organisational ability
- A commitment to safety and quality
- Strong communication skills
- Current White Card
- Current Driver Licence
