We're looking for a passionate New Graduate Exercise Physiologist to join our Sunshine Coast community team and make a genuine difference from day one.
As part of our community-based allied health team, you'll work across a diverse range of settings including NDIS, rehabilitation, mobility support, falls prevention, pain management, and support for older adults.
Our structured New Graduate Program is designed to support your transition from student to clinician through mentoring, professional development, and genuine career opportunities.

About You We're looking for someone who is passionate about Exercise Physiology, enjoys working with people, and is excited to build their career in community-based care.
You will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology, completed in 2026
- Eligibility for accreditation as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA)
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine, people-focused approach
You must also have (or be eligible to obtain):
- A current Australian driver's licence
- Skilled indemnity insurance
- A valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- An NDIS Worker Screening Check
