Role Description This part time remote role for a Compliance Analyst / Governance Specialist focuses on supporting effective governance and regulatory compliance across Wiser Educação’s operations. The person in this role will monitor relevant regulations, assess internal processes, and help design controls that align with legal and organizational requirements.

Daily activities include reviewing policies and procedures, analyzing data and documentation, supporting internal audit activities, and preparing clear reports and recommendations for leadership. The role also involves collaborating with finance, operations, and other teams to implement compliance frameworks, respond to compliance-related inquiries, and promote a culture of ethical conduct and risk awareness.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Regulatory Compliance knowledge, with experience interpreting and applying relevant laws, standards, and internal policies.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and attention to detail to evaluate processes,



identify risks, and support data-informed decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to prepare clear documentation, reports, and presentations, and to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess foundational Finance understanding to assess the impact of compliance requirements on financial controls and reporting.
- Candidates should possess Auditing skills, including experience with internal audits, control testing, and remediation follow-up.
- Relevant experience in compliance, risk management, governance, or a related field is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, Public Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage part-time hours effectively, and handle confidential information with integrity.
