Role Description The Compliance Analyst role at Solar Innovation is a part time, remote position responsible for supporting regulatory and financial compliance across solar projects and operations. On a day-to-day basis, this role reviews policies, contracts, and project documentation to ensure adherence to relevant laws, industry regulations, and internal standards.

The Compliance

Analyst conducts audits, identifies areas of risk or non-compliance, and recommends corrective actions and process improvements. This role also analyzes financial and operational data to support compliance reporting and collaborates with internal stakeholders to communicate findings, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate compliance records. The position requires regular coordination with project, finance, and operations teams to help maintain a strong culture of compliance and ethical practices.

- Candidates should possess strong Regulatory Compliance and Auditing skills to review processes, documentation, and projects against applicable standards.




- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge to interpret data, assess risk, and support compliance-related reporting.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to clearly document findings, prepare reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with common office and data tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, compliance tracking systems).
- Relevant experience in compliance, risk management, or auditing, preferably in energy, infrastructure, or related industries.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Business, Accounting, Law, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with environmental or energy-sector regulations and a demonstrated interest in renewable energy is beneficial.
