To build on our guest experience we are looking to fill a position as Concierge for our Villas .

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Concierge to join our Front Office & Guest Services team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to be the face and voice of Rawnsley Park , providing guests with exceptional service from the moment they arrive. The Concierge plays a vital strategic role in enhancing guest satisfaction and loyalty by serving as the primary point of contact for villa guest enquiries, requests, and special requirements.

Working full-time, you will be instrumental in curating unforgettable experiences and ensuring every guest leaves with lasting positive memories of their stay in the Flinders Ranges.

Key responsibilities

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and professional first impression
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest enquiries regarding accommodation, facilities, and local attractions
- Provide expert recommendations on dining, activities, hiking trails, and cultural experiences within the Flinders Ranges and surrounding region




- Make reservations and arrange bookings for the restaurant, tours, and recreational activities on behalf of guests
- Handle special requests and guest concerns with professionalism, tact, and a commitment to resolution
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of local attractions, events, and seasonal highlights to enhance guest experiences
- Process departures and gather feedback to ensure continuous service improvement
- Assist with administrative tasks including answering emails and phone calls
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to ensure seamless guest service
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanour in accordance with hospitality standards

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in a hospitality front office, guest services, or concierge role, preferably in a tourism or accommodation setting
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse guests
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail in managing multiple guest requests simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Proficiency with RMS and general computer applications an advantage
- Comprehensive knowledge of local attractions, activities,



and services in the Flinders Ranges region (or willingness to develop this)
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service
- Professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude
- Relevant qualifications in hospitality, tourism, or customer service are desirable but not essential
