Team Leader / Experienced Concrete Finisher – Full-Time

Struxterra Outdoor Solutions is looking for an experienced Team Leader / Concrete Finisher to join our growing concreting team.

We specialise in high-quality residential concrete works throughout Perth, including exposed aggregate, plain concrete, driveways, pathways, slabs and complete outdoor projects.

We are looking for someone who is confident on the tools, takes pride in producing a quality finish and has the experience to lead a crew and keep jobs running efficiently.

About the Role

As Team Leader / Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for working hands-on alongside the crew while helping coordinate day-to-day site operations.

Your responsibilities will include

- Leading and working alongside a concreting crew
- Concrete placement, screeding, finishing and edging
- Exposed aggregate and plain concrete finishes
- Formwork and site set-out
- Reading plans, checking levels and falls
- Coordinating pours and ensuring sites are prepared correctly

- Maintaining high workmanship standards
- Helping organise the team and daily workload
- Ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
- Communicating professionally with management, suppliers and customers
- Keeping sites clean, organised and presentable

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role

- Solid concrete finishing experience




- Previous leadership or team-leading experience highly regarded
- Experience with exposed aggregate and residential concrete
- Confident with screeding, edging and finishing
- Ability to read plans and complete basic set-out
- Good understanding of levels, falls and drainage

- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and able to take responsibility for a job
- Good communication and leadership skills

- White Card

- Current driver's licence
- HR licence is advantageous but not essential

We're looking for someone who can lead from the front. This isn't a role where you'll simply supervise from the sidelines — you'll be working with the crew and helping deliver a high standard on every job.
