About the Role

As a Contact Centre Representative, you’ll be an important part of our customers’ journey, providing friendly, efficient and knowledgeable service across multiple channels, including phone, email and chat.

Working in a fast-paced Contact Centre environment, you’ll assist customers with enquiries, reservations and booking support, while identifying opportunities to deliver the right rental solution for their needs. The role combines customer care and sales, with a strong focus on creating a positive experience from the very first interaction.

We're looking for someone who would be described as:

- Goal-oriented, with a genuine drive to achieve great results
- Experienced in delivering high-quality customer service
- A confident critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Sociable, approachable and engaging, with robust communication skills
- Someone who understands the importance of policies and procedures, while using sound judgement to achieve positive outcomes for both our customers and the business
- Proactive, self-motivated and willing to take ownership
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Experienced in a Contact Centre or similar environment – desirable, but not essential
- Most importantly, someone with a positive attitude who enjoys being part of a high-performing team and thrives on the day-to-day hustle as we work together to deliver the very best for our customers and our people.
