About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Content & Campaigns Lead to own UGC and creator sourcing, campaign production and marketing operations for ALLFENIX. You love to be on camera, briefing creators, running campaigns end to end and keeping the marketing calendar on track, while working closely with our Social Media Assistant to keep our organic content firing daily.

What You'll Do

Creator & Campaign Production

- Source, vet and build relationships with UGC creators, affiliates, pilates instructors and talent for campaigns and gifting
- Run our gifting and seeding pipeline
- Write creator briefs for organic and paid content
- Concept, script and storyboard campaign content
- Shoot and edit content, including appearing on camera yourself
- Own paid/campaign production from idea through to delivered asset

Marketing Operations

- Coordinate the marketing calendar so campaigns ship on time across all channels
- Brief and chase deliverables from the team, agencies and freelancers
- Manage event and launch logistics




- Keep the project tracker and calendar up to date across the team

Content Collaboration

- Work alongside the Social Media Assistant on organic content, jumping into filming weekly
- Bring campaign and production expertise to the social content mix

What You'll Bring

- Proven experience producing content end to end - concepting, scripting, shooting, editing
- Comfortable and confident on camera
- Experience sourcing and briefing creators or influencers
- Strong organisational skills - you can run a calendar, chase 10 people at once and not drop a deadline

- A rapid growing pipeline of creator content and gifting relationships
- The marketing calendar and tracker are always up to date
