About Client :

H & S Solutions Family Trust t/a H & S Solutions Pty Ltd

H & S Solutions Pty Ltd is an Australian business operating as a subcontractor for Australia Post. We are looking for a Contract Administrator to support operational teams across Rosebud, Mornington, Dandenong, Horsham and Stawell, managing contracts, compliance, supplier relationships, documentation, invoices, renewals, risks and contractual matters.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Prepare, review, negotiate and administer service agreements, subcontractor contracts and supplier agreements.
- Ensure all contracts comply with company policies, Australia Post subcontracting requirements, and relevant Australian legislation.
- Monitor contract performance, key milestones, service levels, and contractual obligations.
- Maintain accurate contract records, documentation, correspondence, and contract registers.
- Coordinate contract renewals, extensions, amendments, and variations.
- Liaise with management, Australia Post representatives, subcontractors, suppliers, and external stakeholders regarding contractual matters.
- Review invoices, payment claims, and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with contractual terms.
- Identify and manage contractual risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Prepare reports on contract performance, expenditure, compliance, and operational outcomes for senior management.
- Assist with procurement activities, tender documentation, and evaluation of supplier proposals.
- Resolve contract-related enquiries, disputes, and compliance issues in a timely manner.




- Ensure confidentiality and secure management of commercial and contractual information.
- Support operational teams across multiple service locations, including Rosebud, Mornington, Dandenong, Horsham, and Stawell.

Essential Qualifications:

- Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Contract Management, Project Management, or a related field.

Experience:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant full time experience in contract administration, procurement, commercial administration, project administration, or a similar role.
- Experience in logistics, transport, postal services, or subcontractor management is highly desirable.

Key Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of contract administration and commercial documentation.
- Ability to review, interpret, and manage contracts and service agreements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain accurate contract records and prepare reports.
- Ability to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Understanding of Australian business practices, contract compliance, and relevant legislation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Current Australian driver's licence is desirable due to travel between operational locations.

Salary: $84000-$90000/year +Super Pay: $84,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
