You'll join a well-established, well-connected builder taking on their first 19-level residential job, a conventional RC frame over podium parking with BDA Architecture and ADG Engineers.
Reporting directly to the Director and working alongside the Site Manager and Project Manager, you'll own all trade packages, cost control and contract admin from October early works through to PC.
The developer runs a construction management agreement and will be hands-on in scope review, so you'll need to be detail-focused and commercially sharp, especially around back-charging risk and margin protection.
This builder's track record is health, aged care and education. This tower is a step up in typology, so you'll be helping build out a current capability,
not stepping into a mature resi highrise machine. Family-feel culture, genuine mentorship, not just a number on a spreadsheet.
Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 + Super
What you need
- 3+ years contracts administration on residential construction in Southeast QLD
- Solid grip on cost control, subcontract admin and Security of Payment Act requirements in QLD
- Comfortable in Procore, BuildPass, Jobpac or Cheops, and can read structural, architectural and services drawings
