About the Role

We are seeking both an experienced and motivated Cook and Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team on the Gold Coast. This is a hands‑on role in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment, ideal for someone who thrives under pressure and takes pride in producing consistent, high‑quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and deliver high‑quality meals during busy service periods
- Maintain consistency, speed, and presentation standards across all dishes
- Assist with food preparation, cooking, and service across multiple stations
- Support the team in maintaining a clean, safe, and organised kitchen
- Contribute to daily cleaning, equipment care, and general kitchen maintenance
- Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service

Ability to prepare and cook pizzas to a high standard

Skills & Experience

- Minimum 3 years’ experience working as a Chef in a busy kitchen
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations
- Ability to work efficiently during high‑volume service periods
- Experience with pizza preparation and cooking (highly regarded)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality
