Job Description

Taldumande Youth Services in NSW seeks an experienced coordinator to lead a frontline team supporting children and young people aged 12–18 and their families, to prevent family breakdown, homelessness, and involvement with youth justice.

This hands-on leadership role oversees case managers and youth workers, drives trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice, coordinates multi-agency referrals, and ensures secure, livable housing outcomes.
