Job Description

Auto Parts Group (APG) is seeking a hands-on Customer Service Team Leader based in South Dandenong to lead a team of Parts Interpreters and drive exceptional customer outcomes.

You will coach the team, ensure accurate order processing across phone, email, online, fax and internet channels, monitor open orders, and continuously improve service quality while upholding APG values and safety requirements.
