Summary

n

We're looking for an experienced Event Manager to work on a per-event basis, producing our schedule of prestigious events, ranging from intimate social gatherings to our world-renowned Signature parties.

Job requirements

n

- Manage and coordinate Signature parties (up to 75 guests)
n
- Manage and coordinate Mini Skirt events (25-50 guests)
n
- Flexible availability for additional events throughout the year
n
- Commitment to being present at events under your management
n

n

Representative deliverables per large-scale event

n

n
- Source and liaise with performer, speaker and venue to align with agreed theme
n
- Oversee budget (forecast profits, reconcile finances, process invoices and expenses)
n
- Purchase food, drink, consumables, decorations, costumes etc.
n
- Organise and liaise with bar staff and hostesses
n
- Set-up, run, close and clean-up events
n
- Manage inventory
n

The position is for an independent consultant, not a paid member of staff so must hold adequate insurance and licenses.

The role is contracted to each individual event. The fee varies by event and by market size.
