The Role

n

This role is responsible for ensuring our liquid customers have reliable and uninterrupted supply by developing and managing daily and weekly delivery schedules.

n

You will work closely with our 3PL partners, internal stakeholders, and customers to coordinate bulk deliveries and optimise logistics operations.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Bulk Scheduling & Customer Service

n

n
- Develop and manage daily and weekly delivery schedules to meet customer requirements
n
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding delivery timelines and expectations
n
- Ensure all delivery documentation is completed accurately
n
- Maintain accurate scheduling data and related systems
n
- Act as the key point of contact for customer queries
n
- Work closely with 3PL providers to ensure delivery plans are executed efficiently
n
- Review and adjust bulk and linehaul schedules as required
n
- Monitor and improve supply chain KPIs, including service performance and costs
n
- Support weekly planning and forecast volumes
n




- Promote and maintain a strong safety-first culture
n
- Identify and implement improvements to scheduling processes and systems
n
- Participate in projects to enhance customer service and operational efficiency
n
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
n

About You

n

n
- Proven experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain scheduling
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
n
- Experience working with 3PL providers and freight operations
n
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
n
- Tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or similar
n
- Knowledge of Lean or continuous improvement methodologies
n
- Experience with ERP systems
n
