CAFÉ YA HERE in Landsdale in Perth’s northern suburbs is a family friendly neighbourhood café specialising in breakfast and lunch. We are urgently looking to recruit a full-time cook with relevant experience to join our team and commence work soonest possible.

We are looking for someone who meets the following expectations:

- Preferably (not necessarily) an Australian citizen/permanent resident
- Possesses an Australian Trade Certificate in Commercial Cookery
- Has worked and experience in Australia as cook at least 2 years.
- Has a high standard of food presentation and takes pride in his/her culinary skills.
- Has supervisory/management skills to manage the kitchen staff
- Has a passion for producing quality food to meet customer demand
- Experience in controlling food costs and portions
- Be available for work on most days, including weekends
- Be able to communicate with suppliers to place orders for food supplies
- Fanatical about a tidy and clean hygienic kitchen and ensures food safety requirements are maintained




- Has a happy personality that is maintained under pressure
- Be a team player and has long-term intention to work with us
