The Role

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate construction completion and system handover activities.
- Manage inspection and test record (ITR) close-out processes.
- Monitor and drive punch list and defect rectification activities.
- Prepare and maintain turnover packages and handover documentation.
- Liaise with engineering, construction, commissioning teams, contractors, vendors, and client representatives.
- Track progress, identify risks, and support project reporting requirements.
- Ensure all activities comply with project, quality, and safety standards.
- Support commissioning and operational readiness objectives.
- Roster: 2:1 DIDO roster with transport to and from site provided from Perth Airport.

About You

- A degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in construction completion, commissioning, project handover, or project coordination.
- Experience working with completion management systems.
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- A current Driver's Licence and Construction White Card.
