Role Overview Droga5, part of Accenture Song, is looking for a Copywriter to join our Sydney team.

This role is suited to a creative thinker and skilled storyteller who can transform insights and ideas into compelling concepts, campaigns and content. You'll work closely with Art Directors, Designers, Strategists and Account teams to create impactful creative solutions that connect with audiences and solve client challenges.

As a Copywriter, you'll contribute across a broad range of projects, from integrated campaigns and brand platforms to social content, digital experiences and presentations. You'll bring a strong command of language, cultural awareness and creative curiosity, helping develop work that is both strategically grounded and creatively ambitious.

The role will include:- Developing original creative concepts and copy across multiple channels and formats.

- Writing compelling campaign, digital, social and brand content that aligns with client objectives.
- Collaborating with Art Directors, Designers, Strategists and Producers to bring ideas to life.
- Creating comprehensive creative presentations, rationale and supporting materials for internal and client reviews.
- Supporting creative teams through concept development, creative feedback and quality control.
- Presenting creative work and thinking confidently to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Contributing to the development of brand voices, messaging frameworks and creative platforms.
- Staying connected to culture, trends and emerging technologies to inspire innovative creative thinking.
- Ensuring all work meets a high standard of craft, accuracy and effectiveness. What we're looking for:- 1-3 years of experience in copywriting within a creative, advertising, digital or integrated agency environment.

- Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to develop creative ideas from insight through execution.
- Exceptional writing skills with experience adapting tone and style across different channels and audiences.
- Experience creating integrated campaign, digital, social and brand content.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the confidence to articulate creative thinking.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Curiosity about culture, consumer behaviour and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools.
- A proactive mindset, willingness to learn and enthusiasm for creative problem-solving.
