The Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant in our Aged Care team,



you’ll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of clinical and leadership roles across residential and community aged care settings nationwide.

? Duties include:

- Managing the full recruitment cycle
- Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing top candidates
- Building robust, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Partnering with aged care providers to understand their workforce needs
- Creating tailored recruitment strategies and delivering exceptional service
- Keeping your finger on the pulse of industry trends and talent movements

? What we’re looking for:

- Proven experience in healthcare recruitment (aged care experience highly regarded)
- Strong candidate sourcing and engagement skills
- Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and relationship-building ability
- A proactive, driven, and ethical approach to recruitment
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
