About the Role

Securitas has an exciting prospect available for a Casual - Corporate Security Officer with NV1 Clearance The Corporate Security Officer must be able to deliver an exceptional level of security and customer service. You will be a real people person with exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Key Tasks





- Provide a security service in line with the site SOP’s and customer requirements in order to protect the customer’s employees, property and other assets.
- Deliver the highest levels of customer service which consistently demonstrate Securitas’ core values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness.
- Deliver a consistently high-end, accurate and discreet Security-focused hosting experience to all visitors, guests and employees at the designated site(s).
- Ensure the safety and protection of customer’s people, property and information always, in a knowledgeable and service-oriented manner, ensuring an unobtrusive and comfortable setting.
- Demonstrate the core brand values and culture of both the client and Securitas, promoting a positive image of our customer always.

Minimum Requirements

Desired Skills and Experience

- Australian citizens with NV1 Clearance are encouraged to apply.
- Must hold a valid NSW Security License
- Ability to uphold the Securitas core values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness
- Excellent communication skills
- Be able to work independently, self -aware, motivated as well as part able to work as part of the team
- Be punctual and reliable
- Be proactive, whilst maintaining discretion and confidentiality
- Experience in a concierge/hosting/customer facing role
- Previous security environment experience and/or security awareness training
