Expressions of Interest — HumanKind NW Workplace & Wellbeing

HumanKind NW is growing its network of practitioners to provide high-quality, locally responsive workplace wellbeing support across the Kimberley and NorthWest Australia.

We would love to hear from experienced practitioners interested in providing counselling and related workplace wellbeing support through HumanKind NW. You would deliver services as an independent private practitioner contracting under HumanKind NW.

You may be a

- Counsellor
- Social worker
- Psychologist
- Mental health or Allied health professional with substantial counselling experience
- Practitioner from another relevant professional background with strong therapeutic and relational skills

We are particularly interested in people who bring:
- Strong counselling experience and skilled capability
- Cultural responsiveness and humility
- Experience working with Aboriginal people and culturally diverse communities
- An understanding of the realities of regional and remote practice
- Relationship-centred, trauma-informed approach




- Sound professional judgement, ethics and boundaries
- A genuine commitment to quality of care

You will need to have:
- Relevant qualifications
- ABN
- Insurance
- Access to a practice space

Practitioners based in the Kimberley are strongly preferred. One of HumanKind's priorities is to strengthen access to local, face-to-face support. Practitioners elsewhere in the North West or with significant Kimberley experience are also welcome to express interest. HumanKind operates as a network of independent practitioners. Practitioners retain autonomy over the work they accept and their availability, while being part of a broader local workplace wellbeing service.
