Want to know a CRM better than anyone in the room?

Effi is the AI-powered CRM behind a growing number of Australia's mortgage brokerages, mortgage managers and lenders. We are signing bigger clients, and when their teams come on board they need someone who can set the platform up properly and teach them to use it well.

We are after someone genuinely into this. The sort of person who enjoys getting under the bonnet of a system, learning every corner of it, and then making it click for someone else.

What you will do

Set up and configure Effi for new enterprise clients, ten seats and up, built around how each business actually works.

Train their teams, and keep training them as they grow.

Be the person those clients call, and the one who answers.

Walk clients through new features as we ship them, and get clients switched on to what is available to them.

Handle data migration and imports so a client's existing records land clean.

Work with our support team on the execution rather than doing all of it yourself.

What you will bring

One to three years with a CRM, SaaS or workflow platform, in onboarding, support, implementation, customer success or account management.

Someone who likes systems and likes teaching people,



and gets a kick out of both.

Hungry for the experience. You will learn this product deeply and quick, and you want that.

Able to explain something technical in plain English to someone who is not technical.

Sound judgment on what you handle yourself and what you escalate, and calm with business owners who are busy and direct.

Sydney-based, and up for being in our office four days a week. This is a role you do alongside people, not from your kitchen table.

Mortgage broking, lending or fintech experience is a real advantage. So is anything you have configured, automated or taught yourself end to end.
