Job Description

DWS are seeking Business/Process Analysts to join us on client site, working across Operations, Safety, Procurement, Commercial, EPMO and Corporate functions. As the Process Analyst you will capture current-state processes, identify automation opportunities, quantify value, redesign workflows and support delivery teams in translating business requirements into scalable AI-enabled solutions.

Type: Max Term Contract or ACN Day Rate

Salary: Up to $210,000 package (including super), depending on experience!

Location: Wooli Creek, Sydney

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 12 Months

n

Your Responsibilities

n

n
- Run workshops to document end-to-end business processes, approvals, hand-offs and decision points
n
- Identify repetitive, queue-based, rules-driven and high-volume processes suitable for Agentic AI
n
- Develop current-state and future-state process maps using BPMN or similar methods
n
- Quantify effort savings, cycle-time improvements and value realisation opportunities
n
- Define business requirements, user stories, exceptions and acceptance criteria
n
- Partner with AI Solution Architects and Developers during design and implementation
n
- Establish human-in-the-loop controls and governance requirements
n
- Support user acceptance testing, process readiness and business adoption
n

Essential Skills & Experience

n

n
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analysis, Process Analysis, Continuous Improvement or Transformation programs




n
- Solid process mapping and modelling experience (BPMN, Visio or equivalent)
n
- Experience facilitating workshops and gathering requirements from business stakeholders
n
- Understanding of workflow automation, AI, RPA or digital transformation initiatives
n
- Experience building business cases and benefits assessments
n
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent practical experience
n

Desirable

n

- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
n
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow or Copilot Studio.
n
- Experience in aviation, transport, logistics or critical infrastructure environments.
n
- Knowledge of AI governance and human-in-the-loop process design.
