Job Description

Lead our Ascot Vale studio, teach classes, and build a team you're proud of. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves running a tight ship, coaching people up, and creating a studio clients love walking into.

What You'll Do

n

Run the studio day-to-day and own its performance – sales, retention, class utilisation, client experience

n

Roster, train and coach a team of trainers alongside the Head Trainer

n

Teach a regular class schedule and set the standard for the team

n

Manage the employee lifecycle, records and compliance

n

Convert enquiries into trials and memberships

n

Build local brand awareness through partnerships, events and social media

n

Track KPIs and use data to keep improving retention and sales

n

What You'll Bring

n





Leadership experience in a client-facing environment – fitness, hospitality or retail

n

A genuine love of teaching group fitness or Pilates

n

Comfort driving sales and hitting targets

n

Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport rapid

n

The confidence to work autonomously and own outcomes

n

Current Pilates qualification (min. 100 hours), or willingness to obtain one

n
