What You'll Be Doing

n

- Leading from the front by coaching, motivating and developing your sales team.
n
- Driving daily and weekly sales performance and achieving key store sales KPIs.
n
- Creating an engaging, customer-first shopping experience.
n
- Supporting the Store Manager with day-to-day store operations.
n
- Coaching team members to maximise sales opportunities and customer service.
n
- Maintaining high merchandising and presentation standards.
n
- Supporting inventory management and operational excellence.
n
- Assisting with performance conversations, coaching and team development.
n
- Managing customer enquiries, warranty claims and escalated issues professionally.
n
- Ensuring compliance with company standards, policies and procedures.
n

What You'll Bring

n

You'll be someone who naturally motivates others and enjoys achieving results through your team.

You'll also have:

n

n




- Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail leadership role such as Team Leader, Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager.
n
- Proven experience leading, coaching and motivating retail sales teams to achieve results.
n
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales budgets, KPIs and commercial targets.
n
- Experience managing day-to-day store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.
n
- Experience handling customer escalations and resolving issues professionally.
n
- Previous experience with inventory, merchandising and operational standards.
n
- Experience conducting coaching conversations, performance feedback and team development.
n
- Forklift Licence (advantageous).
n
