Job Description

Mercer seeks a Senior Manager, Risk in Change (RiC) to lead Line 1 risk for major change initiatives in Mercer Super. Based in Melbourne or Sydney, this hybrid role requires in-office work at least three days per week.

The role designs, embeds and operates RMF-aligned risk processes, controls and reporting for change projects, delivering concise updates to governance bodies. A 7–10 year background in risk/change assurance within financial services is essential.
